Our Implementation Team is behind each launch, checking every detail, collaborating with every stakeholder to get it right. You’ll work on a close-knit team to develop business solutions for our global clients. You have high attention to detail and a knack for streamlining processes. We want you to bring your problem-solving skills to our growing team and help us change the world of recruiting! What You’ll Do: • Assist your team in managing up to 10 Client Implementations simultaneously. • Work with clients on daily Video Conference calls. • Document client calls by capturing key discussion points, decisions, and action items to ensure alignment and continuity. • Conduct product demos and walkthroughs to facilitate client training. • Work with the wider Services team to troubleshoot issues. • Assist with managing the Clients through the go-live process. • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' requirements, understand their recruiting practices, and help them integrate and optimize recruiting processes using the VidCruiter solution. • Build and deploy training for small to large teams of recruiting specialists and hiring managers. • Configure the VidCruiter platform to incorporate customer customization requirements. • Assist Implementation Managers in delivering the required tasks for multiple, concurrent successful implementations. • Strengthen product capabilities by providing customer feedback to product management and development teams. What We’re Looking For: • Proven track record of working with clients and leveraging technology solutions, preferably within a SaaS environment. • Must be available to work Monday to Friday (10am to 6pm Atlantic Timezone). • Proficiency in English and French language or communication skills (verbal and non-verbal). • Successful experience in technical support, training, onboarding, implementation, project management, or other relevant skill sets. • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to multitask • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Ensure consistent HIGH-QUALITY output at all times • Highly dependable.
