Management Trainee – Operations ( Vinita Hospital ) (Nungambakkam)

Key Responsibilities: - Monitor daily patient flow and ensure smooth operational coordination. - Enhance overall patient experience by ensuring prompt service and issue resolution. - Support teams in delivering outstanding patient care and service standards. - Assist in tracking departmental performance and revenue indicators. - Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements. - Coordinate patient feedback, reviews, and reputation management initiatives. - Contribute to brand building activities through patient engagement and service excellence. - Support marketing initiatives to attract new patients and improve service awareness - Assist in community outreach, referral development, and promotional campaigns. - Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and support business growth projects. Qualifications: - MBA / MHA / BBA / B.Sc.
