Job Summary: The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This includes handling inquiries, processing orders, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a background in industrial manufacturing or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and orders.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate filters for their applications.
• Order Processing:
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the production and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Update customers on order status and any potential delays.
• Technical Support:
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with the technical team to provide detailed and accurate solutions.
• Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any ongoing needs.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Prepare reports on customer service activities and trends.
• Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to understand and explain technical products and concepts.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
