Full-Time Sales Representative (Wedding Photography & Videography) Location: Wadki, Pune – In-House/On-Site Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (plus performance incentives) Job Type: Full-time About the Role Are you a people person with a passion for storytelling and sales? We are looking for an energetic, organized, and persuasive Sales Representative to join our in-house team. In this role, you won’t just be "selling services" you’ll be helping couples capture the most important day of their lives. You will be the first point of contact for our brand, turning inquiries into confirmed bookings and scouting for new opportunities to grow our portfolio. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through social media, wedding portals, and networking. • Active Outreach: High-volume calling to follow up with warm leads and inquiries. • Client Consultation: Meet with couples (in-person or via call) to understand their vision and "fix" (close) the deal by matching them with the right package. • Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean database of prospects and ensure no lead "goes cold" through consistent follow-up. • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to stay updated on our latest work and pricing. Requirements • Experience: 1+ years in sales or telecalling (experience in events or luxury services is a major plus). • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to sound professional yet warm. • Persistence: A "never give up" attitude when it comes to following up and hitting targets. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic spreadsheets. • In-House Presence: This is a full-time, office-based role.
