Urgent Opening – Social Media Team Lead Experience: 5+ Years Note: Only Immediate Joiners Can Apply Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms • Collaborate closely with the creative team to plan engaging content • Be camera-friendly and confident in creating or appearing in video content (Reels, Shorts, brand videos, etc.) • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions • Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance using tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and native platform insights • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions • Handle both B2B and B2C client accounts with strategic execution Qualifications & Skills: • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in social media management (Agency experience preferred) • Strong knowledge of social media trends, video content, paid ads, and content strategy • Camera-friendly with confidence in on-screen content creation • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and brand alignment skills • Strong analytical ability to track results and optimize campaign performance • Hands-on experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, software. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
