Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Head – Digital Marketing based in Pune. The Content Head will be responsible for developing and managing the company’s overall content strategy, overseeing content creation across multiple digital channels, and maintaining high editorial standards. The role involves leading the content team, planning and executing content campaigns, and working closely with the digital marketing team to align content initiatives with overall marketing strategies and business goals. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives. • Lead and manage the content team including writers, designers, and external contributors. • Plan and oversee content across platforms such as blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral. • Maintain strong editorial standards and ensure content quality, consistency, and brand voice. • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to support SEO, paid marketing, and lead generation campaigns. • Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on insights and data. • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and content trends. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or editorial roles. • Strong proficiency in content strategy and content management. • Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills. • Experience in editorial processes and maintaining high editorial standards. • Proven leadership experience managing content teams. • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO practices, and content analytics. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. • Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing agencies is a plus.
