Head – Factory HR Experience: 15 to 18 Years The Role: A senior leadership position overseeing HR for a large scale manufacturing setup. • Key Focus: Industrial Relations (IR), strategic contract workforce management, and statutory compliance. • Expertise: Must have a proven track record of partnering with plant leadership to drive shop floor excellence. • The Vibe: High execution mindset with the ability to navigate complex labor landscapes. Factory HR Manager Experience: 10 to 12 Years The Role: Hands on management of day-to-day shop-floor HR operations. • Key Focus: Managing large contractor workforces, HRMS administration, and maintaining healthy employee relations. • Expertise: Deep knowledge of compliance and experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment. • The Vibe: A proactive operator who is comfortable being on the floor and solving real-time operational challenges. Lead Recruiter Experience: 4–6 Years The Role: Driving high-volume hiring for manufacturing and shop floor roles. • Key Focus: Scaling teams quickly without compromising on quality. • Expertise: Experience in Solar/Renewable Energy hiring is highly preferred. • The Vibe: An execution machine who knows how to find talent in the manufacturing heartlands.
