Role Overview The HR and Operation Executive will support the Human Resources department in managing the complete employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and passionate about building a healthy work culture. Key Responsibilities HR & Operations Executive — Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding — Manage end-to-end hiring (job postings, CV screening, interviews) and ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners. 2. Employee Records & HR Administration — Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, personnel files, and draft HR letters (offer, appointment, experience, warning). 3. Payroll, Attendance & Leave — Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management in a timely manner. 4. Performance & Engagement — Support appraisal cycles, handle employee queries on policies/benefits, and plan engagement activities, team events, and welfare initiatives. 5. Manpower Coordination — Liaise with department heads for manpower planning and manage exit formalities professionally. 6. Daily Operations Management — Oversee day-to-day office operations, maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and operational records for efficiency and process adherence. 7. Project & Workflow Coordination — Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking projects; coordinate with internal teams and external team / stakeholder for timely deliverables. 8. Procurement & Vendor Management — Handle office procurement, vendor coordination, invoice tracking, and liaise with finance for budget and expense reviews. 9. Documentation & Reporting — Manage correspondence, filing systems, SOPs, and prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes for leadership. 10. Events & Logistics — Support planning and execution of organizational programs, events, and logistics coordination. 11. Process Improvement — Monitor operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance overall efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or a generalist HR role. • Working knowledge of Indian labor laws, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative and empathetic approach. • High level of organizational ability and attention to detail. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Basic understanding of budgeting, procurement, or project tracking is a plus. Preferred Attributes • Prior experience working in an NGO, social organization, or similar setup is an advantage. • Familiarity with online job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed). • Basic knowledge of HRMS or payroll software is a plus. • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn and grow.
