Sr Graphic Designer / Creative Artist

As a Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Artist at our multi-speciality hospital, your role is crucial in building a premium hospital brand presence akin to large corporate healthcare institutions. This is a position far beyond basic social media poster designing. Your salary will range from 35,000 to 50,000 gross, depending on your experience and portfolio quality. In this role, your key responsibilities include creating high-quality daily creatives and branding visuals such as social media creatives, surgical promotion campaigns, medical awareness posters, advertisement creatives, video thumbnails & digital ads, and hospital branding materials. The ultimate goal is to establish a 500 crore institutional brand look through compelling visual communication. • *Experience (Mandatory):** - Minimum 4+ years of professional graphic design experience - Preference for candidates with agency/hospital/corporate marketing background - Strong portfolio showcasing your work • *Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator - Advanced poster design & branding skills - Ability to create premium corporate design aesthetics - Experience in 3D-style or high-end visual creatives - Strong concept-based creative thinking • *Preferred Skills:** - Familiarity with After Effects / Motion graphics - Proficiency in AI image tools & advanced compositing • *Expectations:** - Capability to produce daily creatives efficiently - Maintain modern, clean, premium visual standards - Create designs suitable for large institutional branding We strictly reject profiles of Canva-only designers, freshers, wedding album designers, printing shop designers, and template-based social media creators.
