Responsible for client, handling queries, appropriate assistance. Patience when handling tough cases. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way. Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and em-pathetically. Following up with customers for any further information. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools. Should be flexible with the shifts. Eligibility: Grad or undergraduate fresher with good skills and fluency in English.
