Role Description This is a full time in office role for a Visa Counsellor based in Ludhiana. The Visa Counsellor will assist clients with navigating the visa application process by providing guidance on documentation, eligibility criteria, and timelines. The role involves helping clients assess their chances of visa approvals, resolving queries, and maintaining a high level of communication. Organizational tasks, maintaining detailed client records, and ensuring timely follow-ups to support clients throughout their immigration journey are key responsibilities. Qualifications Knowledge of visa processing, eligibility criteria, and immigration policies Customer service skills, including effective communication and relationship-building Organizational and documentation skills to manage client cases efficiently Problem-solving skills and the ability to address client queries with accuracy and clarity Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous Bachelor's degree in any field; additional certifications in related areas are a plus Prior experience in visa counselling, immigration, or education consultancy is desirable Fluency in English and regional languages is an asset
