Junior Graphic Designer

Job Title: Graphic Designer Department: Human Resources Experience Required: 1+ Year We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ year of hands-on experience in graphic designing and a strong understanding of visual communication principles. This role requires someone who can translate ideas into engaging designs that align with our brand identity and business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print platforms including social media, websites, marketing materials, presentations, and advertisements. • Design banners, brochures, email creatives, and promotional materials as per brand guidelines. • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creative solutions. • Assist in designing basic UI elements for websites and landing pages. • Ensure consistency in designs across all platforms. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 1+ year of professional experience in graphic designing. • Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image editing and creative design. • Proficiency in Figma for layout design and basic interface creation. • Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and user-centered design. • Good sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and creativity. • Ability to take feedback positively and implement changes effectively. • Strong communication and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge of additional design tools will be an advantage. • Understanding of branding and marketing concepts.
