Role Objective:
Act as the bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are built, delivered, and adopted successfully.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit customer sites regularly to understand operational workflows and identify product requirements.
• Gather customer needs and translate them into clear technical and product requirements (PRDs, feature specs, etc.).
• Work closely with the engineering and AI teams to understand technical solutions and capabilities.
• Present and propose suitable solutions to customers based on their operational needs.
• Manage customer pipelines end-to-end, acting as the internal “CEO” for assigned accounts.
• Follow up with customers to drive successful deployment and adoption of solutions.
• Define and maintain product documentation, including PRDs, proposals, solution documents, and product specifications.
• Contribute to product roadmap planning, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business value.
• Continuously gather daily operational feedback from customers and feed it into the product improvement cycle.
• Support business development activities including proposal drafting, pitch decks, and customer presentations.
• Coordinate operational tasks such as procurement, documentation, and solution deployment planning.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in product management, roadmapping, and defining product lifecycle requirements.
• Experience with market research, data analysis, and identifying customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development, implementation, and improvement.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of logistics, supply chain processes, or AI/technology solutions is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a bonus.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning in the technology and logistics domain.
