Junior Accountant – Automation Department

Job Title: Junior Accountant – Automation Department Company: Visual Vibrations Pvt. Ltd. Department: Automation Location: Nagpur Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to manage daily accounting operations for the Automation Department. The role involves handling billing, expense tracking, vendor payments, stock reconciliation, and financial documentation to ensure smooth financial control of automation projects and dealer transactions. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounts & Bookkeeping • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP • Record sales invoices, purchase bills, and payment vouchers • Maintain ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies • Assist in monthly closing of books 2. Billing & Invoicing (Automation Projects) • Prepare project invoices and tax invoices • Coordinate with sales and project teams for billing details • Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients • Maintain AMC and service billing records 3. Vendor & Expense Management • Process vendor bills and maintain payment schedules • Verify purchase orders with bills • Track department expenses and maintain cost sheets • Manage reimbursement claims and travel expenses 4. Inventory & Stock Coordination • Maintain automation material inward & outward records • Coordinate with store and project team for stock updates • Support stock audit and reconciliation 5. Compliance & Documentation • Assist in GST filing documentation • Maintain proper financial records and reports • Support audit preparation (internal & external) • Ensure compliance with company financial policies Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) • 1–3 years of experience in accounting • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation • Proficiency in Tally / ERP & MS Excel • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy • Good coordination and communication skills Preferred Skills (Automation Industry Advantage) • Experience in project-based accounting • Knowledge of inventory accounting • Experience handling dealer billing Key Competencies • Accuracy & accountability • Time management • Confidentiality in financial data • Team coordination Pay: ₹9,412.55 - ₹27,422.30 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement • Health insurance • Paid sick time • Paid time off • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
