Title: BPO Customer Care Executive Applicants must be based in Chandigarh, Mohali, or Panchkula. Job Location: Mohali, Punjab –Work from office only (No remote work). We are a leading staffing firm hiring BPO Customer Support Executives on behalf of one of our clients in the BPO sector in Mohali (Punjab). The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude to deliver high-quality customer service. Responsibilities: • Ensure customers receive good service and support in every interaction • Answer customer queries through calls, chat, and email • Help customers by providing correct information and solutions • Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues when needed • Record customer interactions and update details in the system Qualification: • Any graduate can apply • Freshers are welcome • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) Work Schedule: • Shifts: Rotational (Day and Night) • Working Days: 5 days a week Disclaimer: This is a third-party position through our staffing firm.
