OverviewWe are looking for a Personal Assistant with a strong background in Accounts & Finance, excellent English writing and drafting skills, and high proficiency in Excel and computer applications. The role will involve handling accounts, drafting professional correspondence, preparing reports, and supporting in GST return filing and compliance. Knowledge of Excel Macros (VBA) will be an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and cash flow summaries.Handle GST return filing and support in statutory compliance.Assist in audit preparation, taxation, and regulatory requirements. Draft and review letters, notices, and professional correspondence in English. Create and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Power Query). (Preferred) Automate reports and repetitive tasks using Excel Macros/VBA. Maintain organized documentation and filing systems (digital & physical). Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all financial and business information.Required SkillsStrong command over English writing, drafting, and communication. Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, formulas, Power Query). Familiarity with Excel Macros/VBA preferred. Hands-on knowledge of GST return filing and related compliance. Experience with accounting software (Tally/ERP or similar). High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.QualificationsSemi-qualified CA / M.Com / MBA (Finance). 2-4 years experience in accounts, audit, taxation, or GST compliance. Prior exposure to letter drafting and business correspondence will be an added advantage.CompensationCompetitive salary, aligned with qualifications and experience.
