Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MEP Designer role based in Pune City. The MEP Designer will be responsible for creating detailed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system designs for various architectural and construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing technical drawings, reviewing plans for compliance, coordinating with project teams, and proposing innovative solutions. The role also involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure integrated project delivery. Qualifications • Proficiency in MEP design-related software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and industry standards • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans for MEP integration • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills • Good communication and teamwork abilities for effective collaboration • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in MEP design or a similar role • Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus • Keen attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines
