You will be reporting to the Executive Creative Director in Mumbai at VML, a global creative company known for its innovative and award-winning work for renowned client partners. • *Roles & Responsibilities**
• *Creative**
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to shape the creative vision and maintain excellence across projects.
- Develop compelling copy and concepts for various platforms such as TV, print, digital, social, and integrated campaigns.
• *Campaign Development**
- Conceptualize and oversee creative ideas on platforms like TVC, social media, print, and experiential.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with client objectives, is strategically sound, and on-brand.
- Work closely with strategy, account management, and production teams to bring ideas to fruition.
• *Client Engagement**
- Confidently present creative work to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Establish strong client relationships by understanding their business challenges and providing effective solutions.
- Contribute ideas and shape proposals during new business pitches.
• *Innovation & Quality**
- Stay updated on cultural, industry, and technology trends to drive creative solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality standards while pushing creative boundaries.
- Review and approve creative work to ensure it meets high standards of craft, originality, and effectiveness.
• *Desired Skills & Experience**
- 5-7 years of creative experience in advertising or marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns.
- Ability to develop breakthrough creative ideas across multiple platforms.
- Experience in leading and mentoring creative teams.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to build client trust.
- Blend of conceptual thinking and executional excellence.
