Key Responsibilities: Product Discovery & Market Understanding ● Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify high-impact opportunities. ● Continuously explore ways to make existing products better. ● Customer & Market Feedback ● Partner with Sales & Marketing to capture field insights. ● Work with Implementation and Support to understand real-world product usage and pain points. ● Speak directly with customers to validate ideas and improve the experience. ● Ownership of Delivery ● Manage sprints, track progress, and remove blockers to ensure timely delivery. ● Take responsibility for product outcomes — not just the plan. www.carestack.com/careers 1 Agility & Adaptability ● Learn new domains, tools, and processes quickly. ● Adjust priorities based on market shifts, customer needs, or business goals.
