AI Engineer - Product & Growth

AI Engineer - Product and Growth Roles and Responsibilities : • Define product vision aligned with business goals, and strategies the product roadmap with the help of stakeholders • Defining North star goals, handling the Data sanity and taking ownership on end to end product building lifecycle • Identify the core user segment and design the product offerings, and run A/B testing • Understand the Customer behavior and patterns, and tweak the necessary offerings • Implement LLM and NLP models for product enhancements • Benchmark competitors and conduct surveys and usability tests • Experience with API tools such as REST, Swagger, and Postman • Team player who can work with cross-functional teams to gather data and derive insights Mandatory Technical skill set : 1. Previous experience in Fintech product and growth strategy 2. Python 3 Linear regression, Logistic regression and tree-based ML algorithms 4 Statistical analysis and A/B testing 5 AWS Sagemaker, S3 , Ec2, Dockers 6 REST API, Swagger and Postman 7. Excel 8. SQL 9. Visualisation tools such as Redash / Grafana 10.Bitbucket, Githubs and versioning tools
