Executive Assistant Sales Marketing

Key Responsibilities • Business Development: Identify and reach out to high-value prospects, managing the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach to final contract signing. • Strategic Pitching: Craft and deliver compelling marketing proposals and presentations that showcase our unique value proposition. • Brand Advocacy: Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, content) to increase our brand’s visibility within the industry. • Account Management: Act as a bridge between new clients and our internal creative teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process. • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies to keep our offerings "ahead of the curve." Required Experience & Qualifications Note: This role strictly requires previous experience within a Marketing, Advertising, or Digital Agency. * Agency Veteran: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a dedicated Sales or Marketing role within an agency environment. • Proven Track Record: A portfolio of successful client acquisitions or high-ROI marketing campaigns you’ve personally spearheaded. • Technical Literacy: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), SEO/SEM fundamentals, and social media analytics. • The "Agency Mindset": You thrive under tight deadlines, can pivot strategies on a dime, and speak the language of "deliverables" and "retainers."
