Head of School - Full-time

Role Description This full-time, on-site School Headmistress role is based in Bihar. The Headmistress will oversee daily school operations, manage academic programs, and lead a team of educators to ensure high-quality teaching and learning outcomes. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing the school curriculum, mentoring staff, maintaining academic standards, and fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students. The Headmistress will also liaise with parents, handle administrative duties, and uphold the institution's mission and values. Qualifications Strong expertise in Curriculum Development and Pedagogy to design comprehensive and effective learning programs. Proficiency in Educational Leadership and demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of educators. Solid background and experience in Education, with a commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive academic environment. Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, parents, and the larger school community. Relevant certifications or degrees in Education, Educational Leadership, or related fields preferred. Proven track record of implementing educational best practices and achieving high student performance outcomes. An understanding of regional education policies and local community needs would be an added advantage.
