Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) Location: Gurugram Company: VPLAK Salary Range: ₹4.0 LPA – ₹6.0 LPA Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to align people practices with business goals. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, driving performance, employee engagement, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and design HR strategies. • Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning. • Manage performance management, appraisals, and career development initiatives. • Work on employee engagement, retention, and culture-building activities. • Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR standards. • Analyze HR metrics (attrition, productivity, engagement) and provide insights for improvement. Requirements: • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. • 3–6 years of proven HRBP/HR Generalist experience. • Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
