What You’ll Do: - Deliver engaging lessons in Science, History, or English, aligned with Montessori philosophy to children of grade 1 to 6. - Introduce new concepts through individual and small group presentations. - Observe, assess, and maintain daily records of each child's progress. - Use a variety of strategies to meet students' academic, social, and emotional needs. - Create a positive, respectful, and supportive learning environment. - Communicate effectively with parents and staff. - Conduct parent-teacher conferences and share developmental feedback. - Ensure learning materials are safe, clean, and well-maintained. - Collaborate with team members to support a cohesive school community. - Contribute actively to the mission, philosophy, and values of the school. Who We’re Looking For: - Masters' degree in Science, History, English, or related disciplines. - B.Ed is preferred but not mandatory - At least 1 year of classroom experience, preferably in elementary education. - Freshers are also welcome. - Montessori Certification is a plus. Must be willing for learning/training. - Engineering graduates / Professionals looking to restart their career after a gap are welcome to apply. - Passion for working with children aged 6–12 years. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Reliable, passionate, enthusiastic, and collaborative mindset.
