As a Design Specialist/PPT Specialist/Power Point Designer at WaferWire Cloud Technologies (WCT), you will be responsible for creating visually compelling, brand-aligned presentations and visual materials. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate ideas and data into clear, visually engaging slides while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. Your role will involve designing high-impact PowerPoint presentations for various internal and external communications, pitches, and events. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for internal and external communications, pitches, and events. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ideas and data into visually engaging slides. - Apply brand guidelines consistently across all presentations and visual materials. - Create custom graphics, icons, infographics, and charts to support storytelling. - Optimize templates, slide masters, and visual systems for efficient presentation design. - Support the creation of other digital and print assets such as social media graphics, one-pagers, and reports. - Collaborate with the design team to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all deliverables. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 27 years of professional experience in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communication. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). - Excellent eye for layout, color, typography, and composition. - Ability to create custom visuals, infographics, and data visualizations from complex information. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with non-design stakeholders. - Experience with animation, motion graphics, or PowerPoint transitions is a plus. - Familiarity with Figma, Google Slides, Keynote, or Canva is an added advantage.
