Job Title: Resort Manager Location: Amravati Road, Nagpur (Residential Position) About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Resort Manager to lead operations at our fast-growing Waterpark & Jungle Resort located on Amravati Road, Nagpur. The property includes 62 resort rooms, a waterpark, and 50+ adventure & amusement activities, hosting family picnics, school trips, corporate events, and destination weddings. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations of the resort, rooms, and waterpark activities • Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent guest experiences • Handle bookings, guest relations, and event coordination • Maintain operational efficiency, safety, and service quality • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and activity teams Requirements: • Strong leadership and team management skills • Experience in resort, hotel, hospitality, or tourism industry preferred • Ability to manage operations and guest satisfaction • Local candidates preferred (Nagpur / nearby areas) • Must be willing to stay residentially at the resort What We Offer: • Attractive salary package • Residential accommodation at the resort • Opportunity to work in a growing hospitality and tourism destination Location: waghville waterpark and resort, Amravati Road, Nagpur Apply now and become a leader in one of the most exciting resort destinations in the region.
