We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented content writer to develop engaging and informative content for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for writing promotional, digital, and corporate content to support marketing and branding activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Write engaging content for:
• Project brochures
• Website pages
• Social media posts
• Email campaigns
• Advertisements
• Blogs and articles
• Create project descriptions for residential and commercial properties.
• Develop SEO-friendly website content.
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for campaign content.
• Prepare content for hoardings, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Edit and proofread content before publishing.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone and messaging.
• Research real estate market trends to create relevant content.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content writing (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Strong writing and editing skills in English (Hindi knowledge is an advantage).
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in real estate project marketing.
• Knowledge of property terminology.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
