We are looking for a savvy Partnerships Lead to bridge the gap between our premium indoor centres across the city and Bangalore’s vibrant corporate world. The Mission Your goal is simple: Get Bangalore’s corporate workforce off their ergonomic chairs and onto our pickleball courts. Key Responsibilities: • B2B Outreach: Identify and engage with HR heads, Wellness Committees, and Employee Engagement teams at MNCs, tech parks, and startups. • Deal Making: Pitch and close partnerships for corporate memberships, team-building offsites, and inter-company tournaments. • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, ensuring their teams have a seamless experience at our centres. • On-Site Representation: Meet potential clients at our state-of-the-art facilities. Who You Are • The Connector: You have a knack for getting past the "gatekeepers" and finding the right decision-makers. • The Pitcher: You are articulate, persuasive, and can sell the benefits of sports (wellness, retention, culture) rather than just "court time." • Bangalore Savvy: Ideally, you already have a network or understand the corporate landscape of Kundalahalli, EPIP Zone, Whitefield, Indiranagar, MG Road, and the IT corridors. • Self-Starter: This is a part-time, hybrid role.
