Position Overview We are looking for a qualified and empathetic Physiotherapist (MPT – Cardio-Pulmonary) with strong communication skills to join our Tele-Rehab team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital healthcare, experienced in cardio-pulmonary rehab, and fluent in Marathi, English, and Hindi. Key Responsibilities • Conduct virtual physiotherapy consultations and cardio-pulmonary assessments. • Develop personalized treatment and rehab plans using the Tele-Rehab platform. • Educate patients on exercises, breathing techniques, and lifestyle modifications. • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team for integrated patient management. • Provide therapy sessions in Marathi, English, and Hindi to ensure patient comfort. • Follow all protocols and standards of WYH’s Tele-Rehab model. Requirements • Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (MPT – Cardio-Pulmonary). • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a pulmonary department. • Fluency in Marathi, English, and Hindi is mandatory. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital patient-care tools. • Compassionate, ethical, and patient-focused approach.
