SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a performance-driven SEO Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to enhance our digital presence in the financial domain. The candidate will be responsible for increasing organic traffic, improving keyword rankings for finance-related searches, and generating qualified leads for PMS and investment services. Key Responsibilities • Conduct keyword research focused on stock market, PMS, investment, mutual funds, and wealth management keywords. • Optimize website pages, blogs, landing pages, and financial content for on-page SEO. • Implement technical SEO strategies (site speed, indexing, schema markup, crawl optimization). • Build high-quality backlinks from finance-related platforms and publications. • Optimize content around high-intent keywords to drive investor inquiries and lead conversions. • Monitor and improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead performance. • Work closely with content writers to create SEO-friendly financial articles and market insights. • Perform competitor analysis within the financial services industry. • Ensure SEO practices align with financial advertising and compliance guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 1 year of proven SEO experience (finance industry experience preferred). • Strong knowledge of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO. • Hands-on experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog. • Understanding of financial market terminology is an advantage. • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights. • Good communication and reporting skills. Performance Expectations • Improve keyword rankings for finance-related search terms. • Increase organic website traffic month-on-month. • Generate SEO-driven qualified leads for PMS services. • Enhance website authority in the financial domain.
