Manager (Europe Visa Process) Location- WD Complex, Court Rd, Krishna Nagar, Hoshiarpur, Punjab 146001 Role Overview Join our team as an Asst. Manager (Europe Visa Process), where you'll drive day-to-day visa and immigration processing. Assistant Manager for Europe Work with Compliances in our immigration company who oversees regulatory adherence for EU visa processes, candidate placements. This role ensures compliance with Schengen, Blue Card, and national work permit rules while mitigating risks in staffing. Key Skills Required • Conduct compliance audits, prepare reports, and maintain case tracking for placements in Germany, UK, Luxembourg. • Develop internal policies, handle incidents, and advise on regulatory changes impacting immigration staffing.​ • Strong relationship-building abilities for long-term client retention. • Proven knowledge of student visas and immigration application processes. • Ability to excel under pressure, meeting strict timelines and sales targets. • Highly responsible, motivated, and committed to top performance. • Sharp verbal and written communication skills. Minimum Eligibility • Graduation in any discipline. • Min. 4-5 years experience in immigration required. Freshers encouraged to apply (pleasing personality essential).
