Senior Site Engineer Trivandrum

Job Purpose To drive the promotion and marketing of PeeJay Max products by combining technical expertise with strong customer engagement. The role requires extensive client interaction, site visits, and technical demonstrations to build product awareness and achieve business growth. Key Responsibilities • Conduct site visits across Kerala to demonstrate product applications and provide technical guidance to clients. • Market and promote PeeJay Max products through presentations, technical demos, and customer interactions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers. • Address customer queries and provide solutions in coordination with the technical team. • Ensure smooth handholding of clients during the product trial and adoption phase. • Prepare reports on client visits, feedback, and market trends for management review. • Support business growth by contributing to sales targets and marketing initiatives. Requirements • Minimum B.Tech in Civil Engineering mandatory • 3-8 years of experience in techno-marketing / site engineering / sales support • Site Engineering experience will be an added advantage. • Good communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam. • Strong technical understanding of construction materials/products. • Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala as per business requirements. • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
