You are being hired as a Software Tester cum Project Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience in manual testing. Your role will involve conducting manual testing, preparing test cases and reports, collaborating with the development team, tracking testing results, coordinating project activities, and communicating effectively with teams and clients in Kannada, English, and Hindi. You will also monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and assist in preparing project documentation and reports. Key Responsibilities: Conduct manual testing to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues. Prepare and execute test cases, test plans, and reports. Collaborate with the development team to ensure software quality. Track and document testing results, issues, and resolutions. Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely updates and task completion. Communicate effectively with teams and clients in Kannada, English, and Hindi. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines. Assist in preparing project documentation and reports. Qualifications Required: 1+ year of experience in manual testing. Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes. Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar. Ability to coordinate between teams and ensure smooth project execution. Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
