The role involves understanding client requirements, providing basic information about our services, and directing qualified leads to the sales or technical team. Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential customers. • Provide clear information about WebDukes services such as website design, development, and digital solutions. • Understand customer requirements and record lead details in the CRM or system. • Schedule calls or meetings for the sales team with interested clients. • Respond to basic questions related to pricing, services, and process. • Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience. • Follow up with leads when required. Requirements • Good English communication skills (spoken and written). • Basic understanding of websites or digital services is a plus. • Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally. • Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, CRM, email, etc.). • Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is preferred but not mandatory. Preferred Skills • Confidence in speaking with international clients. • Good listening and problem-solving skills. • Ability to convert inquiries into qualified leads.
