MERN Stack Developer (1–3 Years Experience) Location: Kochi / Remote / Hybrid Notice Period: Immediate to 2 months Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack including MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Design and implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces. Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs. Integrate third-party APIs and external services when required. Deploy and manage applications using AWS cloud services. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best development practices. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance. Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to deliver project requirements. Participate in code reviews and maintain development standards. Skills and Qualifications: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. Good understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+ with responsive design principles. Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs. Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, or similar cloud infrastructure. Knowledge of Git version control and collaborative development workflows. Familiarity with Firebase and containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.
