Software Trainee- PHP Full Stack and WordPress Developer

We are looking for a motivated Software Trainee- PHP Full Stack & WordPress Developer with strong knowledge of Core PHP, MVC frameworks, and WordPress CMS. The candidate should be eager to learn modern technologies and ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Requirements • Strong experience in Core PHP and PHP-based MVC frameworks such as: • CodeIgniter • Laravel • Proven experience in WordPress development (themes, plugins, customization) • Good understanding of full-stack web development (front-end + back-end) • Familiarity with REST APIs / Web Services (Mobile App integration) • Solid logical, analytical, and research skills • Working knowledge of Git-based source control • Positive attitude and adaptive behavior • Willingness to learn Advanced PHP MVC programming and modern development practices Technical SkillsFront-End • Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 (Responsive Design) • Strong understanding of Bootstrap • Working knowledge of JavaScript and libraries such as: • jQuery • ReactJS/NextJS (basic understanding is a plus) Back-End • Core PHP, OOPs Concepts • PHP MVC Frameworks (Laravel/CodeIgniter) • WordPress CMS Development • API Integration & REST Services Database • Basic to intermediate knowledge of: • MySQLi • RDBMS Concepts Additional Knowledge (Plus Point) • Web Performance Optimization • Experience building scalable and complex websites • Familiarity with technologies like: • Node.js • MERN Stack basics • WooCommerce / Magento / Drupal Responsibilities • Develop and maintain PHP and WordPress-based web applications • Work on front-end and back-end integration • Build and consume REST APIs • Optimize website performance and responsiveness • Collaborate with the development team on real-time projects Qualifications • B.Tech / MCA (Pursuing or Passed Out – 2026 Batch) • Preference: CS/IT Background • Minimum 70% Academic Score Important Notes • Candidates must have their own properly working laptop, high-speed internet connection, and a suitable sitting/work table setup. • This is an unpaid training-cum-employment opportunity. • Selected candidates will receive a stipend after completing 3 months of training. The stipend will range between ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 based on performance. • During the first 3 months, candidates are expected to achieve industry-standard learning and actively contribute to client billing projects.
