You’ll work directly under the mentorship of a Harvard alumnus and senior strategist with 15+ years of experience. What You’ll Do Paid Advertising: Manage and optimise Facebook/Instagram Ads, monitor CPL targets, and run A/B tests to drive conversions. Email Marketing & Automation: Build email sequences, set up nurturing workflows (email + SMS), and monitor performance. SEO & Content: Execute programmatic SEO targeting home service verticals, create marketing playbooks, and manage content publishing. Social Media Management: Manage and post on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, plan viral campaigns, and create short-form video content. Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance across platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. B2B Support: Assist in creating marketing collateral for B2B outreach and support LinkedIn campaigns for partnership leads. What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience in Facebook/Meta Ads and email marketing. Strong content writing skills, with an ability to create clear, engaging copy. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., PipeDrive, Zoho), basic graphic design skills (Canva), and an analytics mindset. Experience in SaaS marketing, programmatic SEO, or short-form video is a plus.
