As a Telecaller / Sales Executive at Webmatriks Technologies, your role involves generating leads and promoting IT and Digital Marketing services. You will be connecting with potential clients, explaining services such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, and App Development, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
- Introduce company services like SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, and App Development.
- Generate qualified leads for IT and digital marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable marketing solutions.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain call records and update CRM or lead sheets.
- Follow up with prospects to convert them into clients.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or IT services (preferred but not mandatory).
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision makers.
- Ability to handle sales targets and follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM tools).
Preferred Skills:
- Telecalling / BPO / Sales experience.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Website Development.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
