Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Artificial Intelligence Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong programming skills, experience with machine learning frameworks, and a deep understanding of AI algorithms and data processing techniques. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models to solve complex business challenges. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data-driven solutions. • Architect and implement production-grade machine learning systems using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. • Perform advanced data preprocessing, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering using Pandas and NumPy. • Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, performance, and interpretability. • Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications and production environments. • Establish and manage MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. • Lead integration and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems. • Ensure model monitoring, validation, and continuous improvement for reliability and performance. • Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, promoting best practices in coding, experimentation, and deployment. • Maintain thorough documentation and technical standards across AI initiatives. • Stay current with emerging AI, ML, and data engineering technologies. Qualifications: • Proven experience in a Lead or Senior AI/ML Engineer, Lead Data Scientist, or similar leadership role. • Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory) and/or R. • Extensive hands-on experience with Pandas and NumPy for data manipulation, analysis, and numerical computing. • Strong expertise in machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn. • Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), LLM integration, and MLOps practices. • Experience building scalable AI solutions and deploying them on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). • Solid understanding of data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and system architecture. • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills. • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
