Job description: • Linux Servers Administration and Management. • System Backup • Server Security • MSSQL and MySQL Admin. • Installing and configuring server & application software. • Creating and maintaining user accounts. • Working on virtualization technologies. • Candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting of tickets, monitoring the server infrastructure and handling escalated tickets of low to medium complexity. • Deliverables will include ticket ownership, response, resolution and update and handle escalated tickets from various levels. • Ensure adherence to customer SLAs across all levels. • Collaborate with fellow system administrators and support team members. Required Candidate Profile: • Thorough knowledge of Linux Server Environment. • Experience into the web hosting industry preferred. • Outstanding troubleshooting skills. • Ability to multitask and handle pressure. • Excellent communication skills. • Ownership and follow-up skills. • Should be able to perform independently and in teams.
