CSR - Customer Service Representative

Position – CRM Executive Location – Noida, Sector-18 Job Type – Full time (on site) Experience – Min. 2 yrs About Us – Wedding Alliances is a premium matrimonial service provider offering personalized matchmaking for clients. We work on an exclusive, one-on-one consultation basis, ensuring privacy, trust, and quality matchmaking experiences. Key Responsibilities – l Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-inquiry to final execution. l Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and interaction history. l Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business l Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, operations) to ensure timely delivery of services l Handle client queries, feedback, and grievances with professionalism and promptness. l Track client engagement metrics and generate regular reports for management review. l Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and assist in the conversion of prospects l Assist in the planning and execution of client meetings and walkthroughs. Required Skills – l Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. l Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset. l Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Qualification and Experience – l 6 months - 1 year of experience in CRM or client servicing, preferably in the hospitality industry. l Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
