About the job: Sales Executive - Customer Acquisition Malad | Day Shift | Immediate Hiring Salary Details: V4: 26,000 CTC (Graduate + 1 year experience) V5: 30,000 CTC (Graduate + 6 months experience) V6: 35,000 CTC ( 29,000 in-hand) HSC + Experience: 30,000 CTC ( 24,000 in-hand) Job Details: Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Week Off: Any 1 day rotational Joining Date: 27th Feb 2026 Key Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers 2. Explain offerings clearly and confidently 3. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions 4. Generate leads and convert them into successful sales 5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets 6. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups 7. Build strong customer relationships 8. Handle objections and close deals effectively Skills Required: 1. Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi preferred) 2. Strong convincing, and negotiation skills 3. Target-driven and self-motivated attitude 4. Basic computer knowledge 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Eligibility Criteria: 1.
