Computer Operator for BCA

Job Description Job Title: Computer Operator Department: Operations Location: Hazrat Ganj, Lucknow Mandatory Qualification - BCA Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary The Operations & Reporting Executive will be responsible for monitoring targets, tracking achievements, managing daily operational activities, and submitting regular progress reports. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to address operational challenges effectively. Key Responsibilities • Conduct regular review and follow-up of assigned targets. • Submit daily/periodic statements and progress reports to the reporting authority. • Monitor business targets and track achievements against defined goals. • Prepare and submit daily progress reports reflecting performance against targets. • Analyse business volume variations and highlight key trends. • Identify and address daily operational issues to ensure smooth functioning. • Prepare detailed analysis reports using MS Excel (data compilation, MIS, performance tracking, etc.). • Create presentations (PPTs) as and when required for management review and meetings. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely achievement of objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. • BCA will be Preffered. • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). • Good presentation skills in MS PowerPoint. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Good communication and reporting skills. • Ability to work under deadlines and meet targets. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Timely submission of daily reports. • Achievement of assigned targets. • Accuracy in data analysis and reporting. • Effective resolution of operational issues.
