Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital campaigns, content creation, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other digital platforms • Manage company website and ensure content is updated regularly • Create and schedule engaging social media content • Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) • Generate qualified leads and track campaign performance • Monitor SEO and improve website ranking • Prepare monthly performance reports and analytics • Coordinate with internal teams for branding and promotional activities Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing • Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) • Strong communication and content writing skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines ⭐ Preferred Skills • Experience in healthcare or corporate industry marketing • Knowledge of lead generation strategies • Basic graphic design understanding (Canva, etc.) Performance Metrics (KPIs) • Lead generation numbers • Website traffic growth • Conversion rate improvement • Social media engagement growth Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹10,021.10 - ₹40,735.19 per month Expected hours: 3 – 4 per week Benefits: • Work from home Work Location: Remote
