Role Overview: As a Principal for Financial Reporting & Compliance at a fast-growing consulting firm in Noida, you will be responsible for leading financial operations, compliance, business development, and a team of professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Review financial books and prepare MIS, balance sheets, and cash flows. - Implement SOPs and internal controls to maintain financial accuracy. - Manage GST/TDS filings, audits, and ensure compliance with Ind AS; experience in e-commerce accounting is advantageous. - Actively pursue business development leads by networking, preparing proposals, and delivering client presentations for financial due diligence. - Lead and mentor your team, ensuring timely delivery of reports, providing recommendations, and managing performance effectively. - Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the company's thought leadership initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Qualified Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in the consulting field. - Demonstrated expertise in client management, business development (acquiring new clients), and team leadership. - Excellent communication skills, a strong personality, and exceptional decision-making abilities. - Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR and beyond as required. - Proficiency in using accounting software and PowerPoint for effective financial reporting and presentations.
