Sales Executive (Digital Marketing)

WNTBCS is hiring a Sales Executive (Digital Marketing) to drive new business and support growth for our digital marketing services. This role involves lead generation, client interaction, business discussions, and closing service contracts in a professional agency environment. We are looking for someone with practical experience in lead generation, sales, and client networking, with a focus on committed business outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Generate new business leads for digital marketing services • Pitch and sell SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Design & Development, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Video Marketing, and Global Marketing services • Meet clients, understand their business needs, and close service agreements • Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain basic lead and sales records • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery • Represent the company in client meetings and business discussions Required Skills & Eligibility • Experience 1-3 years in lead generation, sales, and marketing through outreach, calls, emails, and online enquiries • Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Comfortable with client meetings and professional discussions • Ability to manage multiple client conversations • Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati (Optional) Work Details • Work Type: Onsite (6 days a week) • Location: Bhandup West, Mumbai Compensation & Growth • Salary (₹25,000 to ₹30000) • Performance-based incentives • Growth opportunity to Senior Sales Executive / Senior Sales Manager Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Application Question(s): • Have you sold digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, or websites before? • Do you have an active client network or business contacts you can bring business from in initial days?
