Your activities • Responsible for an efficient and effective processing of incoming queries related to sales orders, sales order entry and administration. • Responsible for entering the order as per the customer agreed requirements and as per assigned customer accounts/region • Responsible for the processing of purchase orders as well as data management for purchase and sales orders • Arrange clarification of unspecified or unclear purchase orders • All types of order entries should be correct technically and commercially aspects. • Clarifying the quires with COE related to the orders • Owns quotation management from receiving request until customer's order • Provide Sales Support on the entire product portfolio (incl. technical advice). • Joint customer visits with the ASM/team leader virtually or on site as needed. • Preparation of contracts (price agreements, buffer stock etc.) and implementation in coordination with ASM/team leader. • Prepare costing as per company guidelines and process towards best fit to the customer. • Understand the various ISO standards requirements and fulfil the same. Your profile • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commercial/Technical and administrative or a related field. • Experience: • 2 to 5+ years of sales experience, with a significant portion in MRO sales team. • Product specific knowledge, D 365, System related understanding. • Project business documentation and Process, Proficient in excel • Aware about commercial terms and conditions, Sound Knowledge required for Measuring • Instruments for Pressure, temp. and level products. • Project business terminology, documentation, Process, and Cost estimation/Negotiation, Proficient in excel Benefits: • Work-life integration • Employee discounts • Attractive remuneration system • Flexible working hours • Good development opportunities • Health initiatives • Mobile working The WIKA Group is among the world leaders in measurement technology with its products and services.
