Operation Manager/ Executive

i. Sales Data Management & MIS Reporting · Collection, compilation, and verification of daily, weekly, and monthly sales data. · Preparation of accurate MIS reports including revenue reports, target vs achievement analysis, pending orders, and sales pipeline status. · Maintenance of updated sales trackers for individual and team performance. · Ensuring real-time updating of sales performance records. ii. Advanced Excel & Sales Data Analysis · Effective use of Advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, charts, conditional formatting, and dashboards. · Creation of automated reports and sales dashboards. · Analysis of percentage growth, monthly comparisons, and target achievement trends. · Identification of performance gaps and data-driven insights. iii. Sales Coordination & Professional Communication · Coordination with Sales, Accounts, Operations, and other departments for smooth order execution. · Timely follow-up on quotations, purchase orders, payments, and dispatch status. · Drafting and sending professional emails to internal stakeholders and clients. · Maintaining proper documentation of communications and records. iv. Presentation & Management Reporting · Preparation of monthly and quarterly sales performance presentations. · Presentation of target vs achievement percentage, growth trends, and comparative analysis. · Supporting management review meetings with structured data insights. · Confident explanation of data and response to management queries. Skill: 1. Must be good in Communication Skill both Verbal & Written 2. Must be good Avd Excel 3.
