Production Support Engineer

Job Title: Production Support Engineer This role combines two critical areas of support: • Salesforce production support to ensure seamless application performance. • E-commerce Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) responsibilities focus on site uptime and performance. A strong candidate will have hands-on experience resolving production issues, knowledge of monitoring tools, root cause analysis skills, and collaboration abilities to resolve incidents effectively. The ideal background includes 6+ years in IT production support with at least 2+ years dedicated to Salesforce operations or similar technical environments.
