Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive to support daily office operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will manage office resources, maintain records, coordinate with different teams, and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, facilities, and equipment.
Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Support HR and finance departments with administrative tasks such as onboarding, payroll, and expense tracking.
Prepare reports, presentations, and official communications as needed.
Ensure office compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external stakeholders.
Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by management.
